We Come To You

When we come to you, we mean a real store, not a truck with one rack. We set up an actual pop-up shop right at your site, stocked with more brands, styles, and sizes than any boot bus could carry. It's something no mobile vendor can match.

Or You Come To Us

Prefer to send your people in? Our Thornville store carries the full range of workwear, boots, and safety gear, staffed by people who know the programs inside and out. Your crew stops in on their own schedule, gets fitted in person, and talks options with our staff.

Can someone help me figure out what I need?

That's what our staff is here for. Come in or call, tell us the trade and the conditions, and we'll point you to gear that actually holds up, no pressure, no upselling.

Do you carry Red Wing boots?

We do, along with Irish Setter, Ariat, Timberland PRO, Thorogood, and Muck. Come in and our staff will fit you in person so you leave in the right pair, not a return.

What brands do you carry?

We stock the names the trades trust, Carhartt, Red Wing, Ariat, Timberland PRO, Thorogood, Irish Setter, and Muck for boots and workwear, plus FR and hi-vis from Portwest, Kishigo, and more. As Central Ohio's second-largest Carhartt retailer, we carry real depth, and if we don't have it on the floor, we can order it. Come in and see what we've got.

Can I try on boots and workwear before I buy?

Always. Come into our Thornville store and our staff will fit you in person, so you leave in the right size and the right gear the first time, no guessing and no returns.

Do you carry FR and hi-vis gear?

Yes. We stock NFPA-compliant flame-resistant apparel and ANSI-rated high-visibility gear for utility, electrical, and industrial work, and we can brand it in-house without compromising the safety rating.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

No. We run programs for small crews and large workforces alike, and set it up to grow as you hire.

‍

Can we set different allowances for different roles?

We can structure the program so field crews, supervisors, and office staff have different allowances or requirements, all under one account.

‍

How is billing handled?

We track each purchase against your program terms and invoice you directly. No employee reimbursements, no receipt collection, no expense paperwork.

‍

Do our employees have to come to the store?

That's the point, and the advantage. In-person fitting means the right size and the right boot the first time, which saves the returns and wrong-fit headaches that come with ordering footwear online.

‍

Can we require specific safety ratings?

Yes. Set the spec, steel-toe, composite-toe, electrical hazard, metatarsal guard, and we'll make sure every employee leaves in footwear that meets it. It's built into the program so compliance isn't left to the individual.

‍

How does a boot allowance program work?

You set an allowance amount and any safety requirements, and your employees come in to use it. We track purchases against your terms and bill you directly, so there's nothing for your team to reimburse or reconcile.

‍

Do program orders get better pricing than one-off purchases?

Recurring and volume orders can qualify for preferred pricing. Tell us your expected quantities and cadence and we'll build that into your quote.

‍

Can employees or managers reorder directly?

Yes. Once your program is set, an authorized contact can reorder by phone or in person and we'll pull your specs, no need to re-explain what you need every time.

‍

How do you keep sizing and inventory straight across a whole team?

We keep a profile for your program, styles, sizes, logo placement, and quantities, so every order matches the last. As people join or sizes change, we update the file and the next order reflects it.

‍

Is there a minimum team size to start a program?

No. We build programs for small crews and large rosters alike. If you're outfitting a handful of people now and expect to grow, we'll set it up to scale with you.

Do we order online or in person?

Whatever's easier for your team. Browse our catalogs online and send us your picks, or come to the store and we'll walk through options together. Either way, a real person manages your account, not a portal.

Can you handle FR and safety compliance for our crew?

Yes. We build NFPA-compliant FR apparel and ANSI-rated hi-vis into programs for utility, electrical, and industrial teams, including logo application that keeps the garment's safety rating intact.

How do reorders and new hires work?

Once your program is set up, we keep your styles, sizes, logo placement, and preferences on file. Reordering is a phone call or a stop-in, and we'll match exactly what you had, so onboarding a new hire doesn't mean starting over.

What if I'm not sure what my team needs?

Come in or call. Tell us the trade, the conditions, and the headcount, and we'll build a program around what the work actually requires, no pressure, no upselling into what you don't need.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

Come in or call. Tell us the trade, the conditions, and the budget, and we'll point you to gear that fits the work. No pressure, no upselling into what you don't need.

Do I need to order online, or can I do it in person?

Whatever's easier for you. Browse our catalogs online and bring your picks in, or come to the store and we'll walk you through options and place the order together. Either way, a real person handles it.

How do I reorder the same gear later?

Once we've set up an order for you or your crew, we keep the details on file, styles, sizes, logo placement, so reordering is quick. Call or stop in and we'll match what you had.
