Browse the apparel, workwear, and gear we can brand for you, then bring us your logo. Hundreds of items ready for embroidery or screen printing.

Custom Embroidery

Embroidery is the premium, durable choice for logos that need to look sharp and hold up wash after wash. It starts in-house, where we digitize your artwork into a precise stitch file, mapping thread direction, density, and underlay so it reproduces cleanly on any fabric. From there it's stitched directly into the garment for a raised, textured finish that reads as professional. Left chest is the standard placement, with sleeve, back, and locker-tag positions when the job calls for it. It's the standard for polos, jackets, caps, and structured uniforms, anywhere appearance and longevity matter most.

Custom Screen Printing

Screen printing is the workhorse for larger designs and bigger quantities. It begins with color separation, where each ink color is broken out, then screens are exposed, prepared, and the press is dialed in before the run starts, so registration stays tight and color stays accurate from the first piece to the last. Each color is laid down through its own screen for vivid, durable coverage, and because the setup is built once, every piece in the order matches. It's the right call for event shirts, crew apparel, and any run where volume and visual impact lead.

Should I choose screen printing or embroidery?

Screen printing wins on large designs, bright graphics, and high quantities, think event and crew tees. Embroidery is the premium finish for polos, jackets, and caps. Not sure? Tell us the project and we'll point you to the right one.

‍

What's the turn around on large runs?

It depends on quantity and how many colors and locations are involved. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you order and hit it, and we'll tell you up front if a rush is doable.

‍

Can you print front and back or on sleeves?

Yes. Each print location is priced separately since it's an added setup, but we can put your design wherever it works, front, back, sleeve, or a combination.

‍

How many colors can you print?

We handle everything from a single-color logo to multi-color designs. Each color is a separate screen, so we'll walk you through options if simplifying the artwork can save you money without losing the look.

‍

How does pricing work?

Two things drive the price: quantity and the number of ink colors in your design. More pieces bring the per-piece cost down; more colors add setup. Send us your design and quantity and we'll quote it straight.

‍

Is there a minimum order for screen printing?

Screen printing makes the most sense at volume, since setup costs spread across the run. We'll tell you the point where printing beats other methods for your order, and if your quantity is low, we'll suggest whether embroidery or another option fits better.

‍

Will my embroidery look the same on every reorder?

Yes. We keep your digitized file, thread colors, and placement on record, so the tenth order matches the first. For ongoing needs, ask about our uniform programs.

‍

How many pieces do I have to order?

No minimum. We stitch single pieces and large runs alike, though per-piece pricing improves with quantity once your logo is digitized.

‍

Can you embroider flame-resistant (FR) garments?

Yes. FR garments require specific thread and techniques to keep their safety rating intact, and we handle that in-house, so branded FR gear stays compliant.

‍

What items can you embroider?

Polos, button-downs, jackets, vests, caps, beanies, bags, and more, anything from our catalogs or, in many cases, items you supply. Ask us about a specific piece.

‍

Is there detail that's too small or fine to embroider?

Very small text and fine gradients don't always translate to thread. We'll review your logo before production and tell you honestly if something needs sizing up or simplifying to stitch cleanly, no surprises on the finished piece.

‍

What kind of logo file should I send?

A vector file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) reproduces best, but send what you have and we'll prep it in-house. We'll flag anything that needs adjusting to print cleanly before we run it.

‍

What is digitizing, and do I need to pay for it?

Digitizing is converting your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machine reads. We do it in-house, and it's typically a one-time setup per logo, once it's done, every future order uses the same file.

‍

What if I'm not sure what I need?

Come in or call. Tell us the trade, the conditions, and the budget, and we'll point you to gear that fits the work. No pressure, no upselling into what you don't need.

Do I need to order online, or can I do it in person?

Whatever's easier for you. Browse our catalogs online and bring your picks in, or come to the store and we'll walk you through options and place the order together. Either way, a real person handles it.

How do I reorder the same gear later?

Once we've set up an order for you or your crew, we keep the details on file, styles, sizes, logo placement, so reordering is quick. Call or stop in and we'll match what you had.
